ANKE HACHFELD ist Sängerin, Komponistin und Synästhetikerin – eine Künstlerin, die Klang, Farbe und Gefühl zu einer tief empfundenen Einheit formt. Seit ihrer Jugend ist Musik für sie Ausdruck, Verarbeitung und Lebenssinn. Mit Mila Mar, gegründet 1996, erschafft sie einen unverwechselbaren Sound zwischen Ethno-Electronica, Weltmusik und Dark Pop – getragen von einer selbst entwickelten Phantasiesprache, die direkt aus dem Innersten zu kommen scheint. Töne, Farben und Gefühle werden für ANKE HACHFELD zum eigenen Klang.

In ihrer Ausbildung zur klassischen Sängerin entdeckt sie in Norwegen den gutturalen Joik-Gesang der Sámi, die älteste europäische Gesangstradition, die wir kennen. Prägend sind für sie Begegnungen mit Künstlern wie Mari Boine und Youssou N’Dour, der ANKE HACHFELD mit den Worten „You really have soul in your voice, thank you so much.“ adelt. Als Gaststimme beim Schiller-Album „Leben“ erhielt sie 2003 eine goldene Schallplatte. Zusammen mit Peter Heppner geht Anke auf zwei ausverkaufte Konzerttourneen, die einen weiteren Meilenstein in ihrer Karriere darstellen.

In dieser Zeit arbeitet Anke als Vocal Coach für mehrere Fernsehformate, studiert Sozialpsychologie und startet ihr Soloprojekt miLù mit dem Musiker und Produzenten Dirk Riegner. „Aus Gold“, zusammen mit Peter Heppner und Kim Sanders, wird die erste deutschsprachige Single von miLù, ausgekoppelt aus dem Album „No Future In Gold“. Eine von Ankes schönsten Erinnerungen aus dieser Zeit ist das Konzert am Völkerschlachtdenkmal Leipzig. Die Verbindung zwischen Piano, Gesang und dem unglaublich emotionalen Publikum garantierte einen unvergesslichen Abend.

In Hannover arbeitet ANKE HACHFELD immer wieder am freien Theater der Eisfabrik/ Commedia Futura und produzierte 2018 ihr Theaterstück „Messie Messias“ – eine Performance für Mutter Erde. Mit ihrem Gesangsexperiment „Take A Seat“ ist Anke fester Bestandteil von Theaterproduktionen. Auf der Bühne setzen sich Menschen zu ihr und Anke besingt live, was sie an ihnen wahrnimmt. Ihr aktuellstes Abenteuer ist Ankes Soloauftritt „Bird – My Voice & Me“ im Delphi Theater in Berlin, im Rahmen des Dark Day Festivals.

2025 – Anke wird 51 Jahre alt und es ist für sie an der Zeit, die eine oder andere Schublade zu öffnen, um Songs, die dort seit Jahren warten, fertigzustellen. „Father‘s Eyes“ ist ein solcher Song. Eine musikalische Auseinandersetzung mit ihrem Vater, der vor drei Jahren verstorben ist. Erst jetzt ist es der Künstlerin möglich, vom Schmerz zu erzählen, ein ungeliebtes Kind zu sein.

Neben ihrer Arbeit mit Mila Mar – acht Alben, zahlreiche Tourneen, Festivalauftritte u. a. mit Goethes Erben, Faun und Apocalyptica – gründet sie 2009 mit starker Stimme und Vision ihre eigene Gesangsschule seelesingt in Hannover.

ANKE HACHFELD bleibt eine Stimme zwischen den Welten – emotional, intuitiv, unverwechselbar.

Anke Hachfeld is a singer, composer, and synesthete – an artist who blends sound, color and emotion into a deeply felt unity. Since her youth, music has been her means of expression, processing and purpose. With Mila Mar, founded in 1996, she creates a distinctive sound somewhere between ethno-electronica, world music, and dark pop – carried by a self-developed, invented language that seems to spring directly from her innermost being. For Anke Hachfeld, tones, colors and emotions become her own unique sound.

During her classical vocal training in Norway, she discovered the guttural joik singing of the Sámi, the oldest European vocal tradition known to us. Encounters with artists like Mari Boine and Youssou N’Dour were formative experiences for her; N’Dour praised Anke Hachfeld with the words, “You really have soul in your voice, thank you so much.” She received a gold record in 2003 for her guest vocals on Schiller’s album “Leben”. Together with Peter Heppner, Anke embarked on two sold-out concert tours, marking another milestone in her career.

During this time, Anke worked as a vocal coach for several television programs, studied social psychology and launched her solo project miLù with musician and producer Dirk Riegner. “Aus Gold,” a collaboration with Peter Heppner and Kim Sanders, became miLù’s first German-language single, released from the album “No Future In Gold.” One of Anke’s fondest memories from this period is the concert at the Völkerschlachtdenkmal in Leipzig. The interplay between piano, vocals and the incredibly emotional audience guaranteed an unforgettable evening.

In Hanover, Anke Hachfeld regularly collaborates with the independent theater company Eisfabrik/Commedia Futura and produced her play “Messie Messias” in 2018 – a performance for Mother Earth. With her vocal experiment “Take A Seat,” Anke is a regular contributor to theater productions. On stage, people sit next to her, and Anke sings live about what she perceives in them. Her latest adventure is Anke’s solo performance, “Bird – My Voice & Me,” at the Delphi Theater in Berlin, as part of the Dark Day Festival.

In 2025, Anke turns 51, and it’s time for her to finally open some drawers and complete songs that have been waiting there for years. “Father’s Eyes” is one such song – a musical exploration of her father, who passed away three years prior. Only now is the artist able to speak about the pain of being an unloved child.

Alongside her work with Mila Mar – eight albums, numerous tours and festival appearances with artists such as Goethes Erben, Faun and Apocalyptica – she founded her own vocal school, seelesingt, in Hanover in 2009, bringing a powerful voice and vision to the project.
